The MTO is planning to implement the ‘Streamlined Engineering Appraisal’ system in early 2023. The attached appraisal system (Excel form) has been developed for use on Preliminary and Detailed Design Engineering Assignments. The objective of the ‘Streamlined Engineering Appraisal’ process is to reduce administrative burden and assist the ministry with ensuring higher rates of appraisal completion.
