Proposal details
The Ministry of Transportation is seeking comments on the updated Engineering Generic RFP Documents, including Terms of Reference and Legal Terms and Conditions. The changes include:
- Updated environmental language in the RFP to comply with Ontario Regulation 406/19;
- Added “Completion Date” to Section 1.1 RFP Schedule;
- Added timeline for Bid Intent for Phase II to Section 1.1 RFP Schedule;
- Added a statement for Certificate of Insurance in Phase III submission;
- Added Transmittal Letter to Phase II;
- Corrected Phase I & II maximum allowable scoring;
- Updated Sections 15.1 and 19.1 of the Legal Terms and Conditions.
The above updates will also be incorporated into the corresponding paragraphs in other Engineering Generic Documents including Request for Quotation, Request for Proposal for Retainer Assignment, and Request for Quotation for Retainer Assignment.
