The mandate of the Highway Maintenance Committee (HMC) is to provide an opportunity for joint discussions between the Ontario Road Builders’ Association (ORBA) and the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) to identify and address issues related to the maintenance industry in Ontario, with a focus on MTO highway maintenance contract delivery and administration

The Highway Infrastructure Innovations Funding Program (HIIFP) Steering Committee governs the HIIFP administration process and the evaluation of proposals to provide funding for the eligible Ontario universities and colleges (institutions) that contribute to the research.

The subcommittee provides opportunity for joint discussions between the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies-Ontario (ACEC-ON) and the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) to identify and resolve issues related to the acquisition, delivery, and performance management of the planning and engineering services industries in Ontario, specifically related to MTO contracts

The mandate of the executive committee is to engage in joint discussions between the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies-Ontario (ACEC-ON) and the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) to identify and resolve issues related to engineering services or the construction contract administration industry in Ontario, specific to MTO contracts.
