Exception summary

All reference to AASHTO TP114 are being replaced with AASHTO T407 (Standard Method of Test for Determining the Interlayer Shear Strength (ISS) of Asphalt Pavement Layers) in OPSS 308 and CAIS 308. AASHTO TP 114 was a provisional standard that is now adopted as full AASHTO Standard T407 with no technical changes.
