Draft OPSS 422 was previously posted in April 2022 and comments were received. The previous TCP notice has been closed with the decision to repost the updated document. The document was revised, and changes are largely made to incorporate industry needs and maintain consistency within the document and with associated material and fabrication specification OPSS 1821. The clean copy of final document and a supporting version of the document highlighting the changes are posted.
