Proposal details

Construction Administration Specialties – Updates to criteria for Low, Medium and High Complexity

The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is seeking stakeholder comments on the proposed updates to the prequalification criteria for specialties in the Construction Administration – Low, Medium and High Complexities.

Most notable updates include the following requirements:

  • Prequalification of at least two (2) key personnel in the High Complexity
  • Submission of the key personnel’s relevant experience at the lower complexity level than the level applied for in the High and Medium Complexities
  • Demonstration of the key personnel’s experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Manager in the High and Medium Complexities

The proposed updates will clarify the prequalification criteria to ensure consistency of the submissions and will facilitate the MTO’s review process.
