Why consultation isn't required

A formal consultation took place in April 2021 before launching of the TCP portal. After this, internal review was carried out. Drawings are ready for implementation.

Further consultation through the TCP is not required because drawings did not require changes from consultation and internal review.

Exception details

Three new MTO drawings are introduced for installation of the MASH J‐Hook Connection barrier.
