Updated edition of the MTO Design Supplement to the TAC Geometric Design Standards for Canadian Roads.

Proposal details

Major updates include clarification on design for 110 km/h posted speed; procedure for determining the requirement for left turn lanes at unsignalized intersections with less than 5% turning volume; reinstating guidance from the GDSOH on design of speed change lanes; and revision of Appendix 13 work zone design to remove conflicts with OTM Book 7.
