1. MTOD 912.317 and 912.318 Note 1 references Type M30, suggesting the potential presence of curb and gutter, but Section A-A and Notes 2 and 4 do not acknowledge the potential presence of curb and gutter. Please clarify.
2. Suggest that MTOD 912.317 Note 4 and MTOD 912.318 Note 6 should say "3:1 MAX; slope may be flatter when specified". Also, Section A-A on MTOD 912.318 references Note 5, not Note 6.
3. Both MTOD 912.317 and 912.318 specify that the minimum offset to the rigid obstacle must be 1.0 m minimum...if this is true, why would we ever apply MTOD 912.318 when 912.317 would suffice?
