Why consultation isn't required
Administrative Updates to CAIS 1101 only. Administrative changes will be explained as part of CAIS revisions. These changes are not introducing new Contract Administrative duties.
Exception details
Contract Administrators already have to witness PGAC sampling at plant per existing CAIS/CAITM requirements and CA RFP/RFQ requirements. The ministry is now including a requirement for pictures to be taken when the Contract Administrator witnesses the sampling.
