Why consultation isn't required
Seven Standard Special Provisions (SSPs) have been eliminated by administratively incorporating them into the current version of the MTO General Conditions. It will be posted as an exception since consultation for these SSPs was previously conducted.
Exception details
The following is a list of changes to OPSS.PROV 100:
- Eliminated seven Standard Special Provisions (SSP) by administratively incorporating them into the current version of OPSS.PROV 100. The SSPs include: 100S02, 100S15, 100S17, 100S19, 100S55, 100S59 and 100S70.
- Revised the language to include gender referencing that is currently used.
- Identified names of MTO forms referenced.
- Identified names of all sections/subsections/clauses referenced.
- Updated Table of Content.
- Corrected two referencing errors identified.
- Updated MOE (Ministry of the Environment)MOECC (Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (Ontario)) references to MECP (Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks).
- Corrected formatting of the General Conditions, adjusted margins, and reduced line spacing between bullets (ie. a), b) c) etc and i., ii., iii. etc.). This reduced the number of pages from 90 to 76.
