The decision is to move forward with finalizing and publishing OPSS.PROV 915 in CPS and the MTO Technical Publications site.
Decision details
OPSS 915.02 and 915.04.01 will be updated to include OTM Book 3 references prior to publication. CDED B915.7 will be updated to include OTM Book 3 references prior to publication. The definitions of Sign and VMS have been updated to match other MTO specifications for consistency.
Effects of consultation
An OTM Book 3 reference error/omission was caught in review. The OPSS and CDED have been updated for publication.

Original proposal
Proposal details
Special provision 109S26, March 2018 is incorporated into the OPSS. This includes the removal of references to the QVE and is replaced with the Owner’s acceptance process. Payment for the attachment of new signboards item has been changed.
This specification may be used in conjunction with updates to SSP 999F29 for Aluminum Bridge Mounted Sign Support Structure anchorage, and CDED B915 is also modified to reflect the changes.
