Seeking approval of the newly developed non standard special provisions for indigenous procurement. There are three NSSPs, one for mandatory participation one for incentive and one for single source
Decision details
When electing to use the Indigenous Procurement Program in a construction contract, one of these three provisions need to be included. Mandatory and incentive can be included in the same contract. These were developed in conjunction with Legal Services for upload in CPS and consistency in contract language.
