MTO is proposing administrative changes to modify “shall” to “will” for Owner-led actions
For the Fuel Price Adjustment calculation (GC 8.02.04.02.06):

MTO is changing advertising and advertised for tender to “month prior to tender opening” to clarify intent of MTO’s current practice
-
MTO is adding to c) that it is the total “estimated” monthly fuel consumption
Table 8.02.04.02-1 of the MTO GCs is being amendment to include new fuel consumption rates as follows:
-
Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) at 0.21 l/m2
-
Hot-In-Place-Recycling (HIR) at 0.32 l/m2
-
Caisson and Continuous Flight (CFA) – Earth at 12.2 l/m2 with an associated formula as explained in Note 11 in Table 8.02.04.02-1

Caisson and Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) Piles – Piles at 36.6 l/m2 with an associated formula as explained in Note 11 in Table 8.02.04.02-1
