Exception details

Here is the list of specifications being converted from OPSS COMMON to OPSS PROV : OPSS 102, 353, 415, 416, 760, 802, 1204, 1308, 1315, 1351, 1352, 1442, 1443.
The following SSPs are rolled into the specifications: 101S18, 113S09, 353S02, 415S01, 416S01, 760F01.
