Proposal details

The box beam connection to the post on several barrier SSDs have been updated by increasing the hole/slot diameter from 26mm to 30mm to accommodate the weld flash of the welded stud. The thicker washers were added, and the flat washer material specification was changed from ASTM F844 (unhardened) to ASTM F436 (hardened) due to the increased hole/slot size. The tolerance (+/-3mm) to the rail splice detail has been added. Requirement for lock-nuts where nuts need to be welded prior to galvanizing has been removed.  In these cases, a note to use Loctite during assembly has been added. Along with update to latest drafting standards, other minor corrections/improvements also have been incorporated.
