As a resident of Temiskaming Shores most of my life I feel a need to weigh in on this. I believe that this proposal is the best and most economical option to help save lives on Highway 11 North. I’d like to see the test area in the northernmost option. I believe that this area would be best served by having the barrier between traffic directions.
