This posting aims to seek feedback from industry stakeholders on the following key changes:
RAP Sources for Shouldering
•Allow RAP obtained from commercial sources to be used as RAP shouldering material.
Contract Design and Estimating Documentation (CDED) Updates
•Add a separate RAP tonnage item for measurement and payment purposes.
•Require RAP shouldering thickness to match the thickness of the adjacent pavement structure.
