Proposal summary

CMO0003, CMO0004, CMO0005 have been created to include in construction contracts that will include Indigenous Procurement. There is a spec for mandatory participation, one for incentive-based participation and lastly one for single source.

Proposal details

The specs are newly developed. They include language for mandatory $, incentive % and all include the requirement for the contractor to complete the Indigenous Procurement Program Activity Report (IPPAR).
