Responses provided to all comments received, some changes made to the specification based on comments.
Effects of consultation
All feedback was addressed and no lingering concerns with stakeholders with respect to the use of this OPSS in contracts. A change to the curing requirements was made as a result of consultation, the effect of which was to remove the wet curing requirement for precast noise wall panels and revert to evaluation of curing methods through the DSM process. This represents a continuation of the precast curing requirements in place prior to the creation of OPSS 1355.

Proposal details
The new specification covers the requirements for construction of noise barrier systems. It is accompanied by an SSP, CAIS and CDED. We are consulting on the entirety of the specification and related documents.
