Insurance requirements have been revised regarding Commercial General Liability insurance, Errors & Omissions Liability Insurance, Proof of Insurance, Proof of W.S.I.A Coverage, Service Provider Participation in Proceedings. The proposed changes can be found in Article 11 of CA RFP and Article 15 of Engineering RFP documents attached to this notice. RFQ Legal Terms and Conditions will also be revised accordingly.
