Proposal summary

As part of the specification publication process, Engineering Materials Office (EMO) Concrete Section is and submitting OPSS 1301 for external stakeholders’ consultation prior to publishing the updated specification. Portland Limestone cement has been added to OPSS 1301, therefore, where OPSS refers to Portland cement it is deemed to mean Portland cement or Portland limestone cement. There is an SSP accompanying this change.
