This provincial non-standard special provision will replace the mix performance sampling and testing requirements that are currently included in various individual NSSPs for Regression (BITU0026), Recovered Asphalt Cement (BITU0028) and Warm Mix Asphalt (BITU0029). This NSSP for MPT will act as standalone special provision to be included in trial contracts where MPT sampling and testing is needed for information purposes. The resulting changes to three NSSPs BITU0026, BITU0028 and BITU0029 are also attached as an Appendix for information purposes only. |
