Original proposal
Proposal details
Special provision 109S28, August 2021 and SSP 919S01, October 2021 are incorporated into the OPSS. This includes the removal of references to the QVE and is replaced with the Owner’s acceptance process. Screed rails shall be positioned over the flange of exterior girders in slab-on-girder construction.
CDED B919 is implemented and OPSD 3390.150 is updated to reflect the changes.
