Proposal summary

This is one of the seven (7) newly proposed trenchless technology provincial specifications based on the existing Non-Standard Special Provisions (NSSPs) that had been used on MTO contracts.

Proposal details

This new provincial specification for Concrete Canvas Liner would replace our existing non-standard special provision for MTO projects. This is a continuation in our evolution of a suite of trenchless techniques for the rehabilitation, replacement, and new installation of culverts and storm sewers
