Proposal details
The revised standard special provision introduces 3 additional project specific contractor carried insurances, including builders’ risk, environmental/pollution liability and wrap-up liability.
Enhanced guidance is also provided to designers to assist in recommending the appropriate types of insurance on a contract specific basis.
