Why consultation isn't required
Many updates to the DB Major RFP Template directly address comments previously received prior to the implementation of the TCP.
MTO has conducted extensive consultation with internal staff and solicited input from ACEC-Ontario and ORBA on opportunities for improvement.
Further consultation is not required as targeted consultation has been completed.
Exception details
Major changes include:
- Added Project Principles, Quality Management System, and Navigable Waters requirements in Chapter 2
- Moved Commitments Report to Chapter 2
- Updated Order of Precedence for sub-sections in Chapter 2
- Updated Roadside Design requirements
