Why consultation isn't required
This NSSP ENVR0014 has been updated to address concerns related to excess soil management during construction.
Exception details
a) Additional flexibility for management of asphalt impacted excess soil.
b) Clarity on submission of hauling records by the contractor to MTO.
c) Notes to designer- To include any additional excess soil management reports that are different from the standard designer options i.e. excess soil reuse planning reports.
d) This includes supplemental updates to PH-CC-183 and PH-CC-185.
