Proposal summary
NSP DB 1350 Material Specification for Concrete – Materials and Production has been updated for
consistency with newly published OPSS.PROV 1350 (April 2025), to update payment adjustment $ values to reflect inflation and to add taking of RCP referee cores at the time acceptance cores are taken. As part of the specification publication process, Engineering Materials Office (EMO) Concrete Section is posting the draft specification for external stakeholders’ consultation prior to publication.

This DB specification covers the material requirements for concrete – materials and production. We are consulting on the entirety of the specification.
