Changing CAIS to update the forms to match the OPSS 313, April 2021 requirements. The other administrative edit includes a change to the WBCMS references to CMS.
Exception details
Administrative changes include clarifying requirement for submission of add PH - CC - 260, name changes of PH - CC - 260 and PH - CC - 868 - D deletion of SSP 103F01 and 103F02 references, replacing WBCMS to CMS references and other minor edits to match the language used in OPSS 313.
