Why consultation isn't required
Administrative Updates to CAIS 100 only. Administrative changes will be explained as part of CAIS revisions. These changes are not introducing new Contract Administrative duties.
Exception details
Administrative changes include: Clarifying requirement for submission of PH-CC 875, 106, 861 by Contract Administrators (see CAGC 6.08 – 6.10). Clarifying MTO GC requirements for Advance Payments for Material (see CAGC 5.13) as reminder for Contract Administrators (based on 2023 MTO April General Conditions of Contract OPSS.PROV 100).
