New MTOD’s for Traffic Delta TL-2 Crash Cushion, QMB Quash Crash Cushion and update to SP 107S06

Proposal details

A shorter version of the Delta crash cushion was successfully crash tested to MASH TL-2 and will be added as an option along with the previously implemented TL-3 variation. Permanent, temporary, unidirectional and bidirectional options are included with this update. A new water-filled crash cushion, the Quash, was successfully crash tested to MASH TL-2 and TL-3 and will be added as an option in a temporary, unidirectional configuration. The ACZ 350 crash cushion will be removed as an option from SP 107S06
