Proposal summary
The approach slab structural standards drawings have been updated to meet CSA-S6-19 provisions & for 500W grade of reinforcing steel. The drawings are renumbered to be consistent with MTO’s Structural Manual. A new Structural Standard Drawing has also been created for the approach slab with the sleeper slab.
Proposal details
The Structural Standard Drawings (SSDs) have been updated to meet the design by CSA- S6-19, the latest CAD standards, and to incorporate 500W Grade of reinforcing steel. The SSD number of existing drawings has been changed from SS116-01, and SS116-02 to SS105-15 & SS105-17. A new SSD, SS105-16 has been developed for Approach Slab details with Sleeper Slab. The new numbers of these drawings are based on Section 5 of Division II of MTO’s Structural Manual. The SSD titles of existing drawings have been tweaked as well.
