OPSS.PROV 407 covers the requirements for the installation of new maintenance holes, catch basins, ditch inlets and valve chambers. MTC Form 407 (1984) has been split into two specifications: OPSS.PROV 407 and OPSS.PROV 408. The changes in OPSS.PROV 407 include addition of the installation requirements for valve chambers, new tender items, new maintenance holes and catch basin standard sizes
