By doing OSIM inspection of many culverts, I noticed that the most deterioration of the culverts are due to corrosion of the rebar and delamination on the soffit and walls and that is caused by ground water seepage through concrete.

2 MTO structural manual 14.1.4 noted WP be applied and extending 1000 mm beyond extent of the fill, would relevant detail be added in the MTOD?
