2+1 sounds like a great first step towards making this highway safer. 2 more steps must be taken. (1) designate highway 11, in it’s entirety, the same as the 400 series highways to ensure adequate winter maintenances. What is occurring now is criminal. (2) Take immediate action to overhaul driver training for CMV. Our roads require properly trained, properly monitored, professional, respectful drivers.
