468.04.02.01 - Should written procedures include contracts confirmation that QC and QA procedures will be followed?

468.05.02 - Consider revising last sentence in the first paragraph for grammar.

468.05 Materials - Consider that there may be instances where reinforcing steel may be used, for example it may be doweled into an existing concrete culvert invert liner to bridge the joint with the new geopolymer liner. A clause in 468.05 as well as elsewhere in this spec stating reinforcing steel requirements shall be as per OPSS 905 or 1440.  OPSS 905 would then be included in the reference documents at the beginning of this spec. This should be included in case designers specify bars, but want to include them in the "geopolymer liner" lump-sum item (in which case reinforcing steel specs would be omitted from contract).

468.07.10 2nd last paragraph. Are there air humidity values that can be given for climate conditions?

468.08.02 - "the gauge rings shall be placed maximum 2.0 m apart".  consider revising to state that depth gauge locations shall be installed at maximum 2.0 m longitudinal intervals along the host pipe.

468.08.02 - "the CA shall check thickness of geopolymer liner at five random locations".  How is this done? drilling?
