This is a great idea... except when the snow hits the ground, nobody is going to know where the passing lanes are or if they're headed into oncoming traffic, it's going to kill even more people in thr winter than the system thats already in place. Get the crews up there, get the decided highway up and connect to the rest of Canada safely rather than trying to kill us all up north.
